Since we were founded in 1999, we’ve seen the world change. Increases in regulation and political events like Brexit have impacted the ability of manufacturers to get their products efficiently to where they are needed.
We knew that to navigate all the challenges we had to be agile enough to learn and adapt. And by doing this, we would be supporting our customers too.
And so, we have been on our own journey.
We have built a procurement and sales team who have developed such solid industry insight and reputations that manufacturers and customers see them as essential partners.
We constantly look at the market and pre-empt what’s coming, so that we are ready with a solution, with products available at the right price at the right time.
We have grown and expanded our 3PL and direct client base and have been awarded exclusive distributor agreements with Manufacturers based on our reputation to deliver.
And, we have examined our impact on the world, the environment, and our community.
As part of a mission to create a sustainable, ethical business our Carbon Footprint has been offset and we continue to work with Carbon Neutral Britain to achieve this year on year. We have developed a clear policy on Modern Slavery, and invest in local community projects and people.
We are proud to work closely with the Chambers of Commerce in Sevenoaks and play a role in our local business community, working with charities such as Hospices For Hope for which we are a business hero.
A solid team
We’re headed up by our MD, qualified Pharmacist Bemal Patel, who enjoyed an accomplished pharmacy career before pursuing an entrepreneurial direction into the wholesale arena.
Seeing the niche supply issues that existed for wholesalers, he visualised a way to solve them. This innovation, combined with his extensive industry and compliance experience, has led to our respected reputation in the industry and a strong and growing 3PL client base.
We have built a highly capable, committed team, most of whom have been with us a very long time. This is testament to the investment we place in our people and family-oriented caring culture within the business.
